The findings of the study was based on inadequate of fund on hospital facilities, inappropriate of funds allocated, inadequate payment of salaries to health workers and underpayment of salary in regard to government approval. The recommendation and conclusions were drawn from the findings of the study. Numerous people have passed away as a direct consequence of care provided by medical professionals with insufficient levels of competence. Because non-specialists were treating us for various illnesses, both our intelligence and our expectations for the future were harmed in the process. ODUTOLA, in his book published in 2022, presented evidence that "our hospitals have become just consultation clinics." "There is a complete breakdown in our health care system." "There is a shortage of everything at our hospital" In light of this, what are our expectations and priorities with regard to realizing the vision for 2010? Because of this, the researcher decided to investigate the challenges and opportunities associated with funding health care delivery in Nigeria.
